Overview
The Transactions Press Release Report highlights key deal, client, and broker information for closed Sale and Lease transactions. It is based on Deal Close Date for Closed deals, or Expected Close Date for Active and Pending Close deals. Other Rep deals are excluded. Admin Assistants can access this report if the Reports toggle is enabled under Admin > Users & Roles > Edit User. Deals the current user does not have access to are excluded.
Filters

| Start / End Deal Close Date | Filters by actual or estimated close date depending on deal status. |
| Deal Status | Active, Closed, or Pending Close. |
| Office | Multi-select dropdown of offices. |
| Deal Types | Multi-select: All, Sale, Lease. |
Report Columns

| Deal ID | Unique deal identifier. |
| Deal Type | Lease or Sale. Other Rep deals are excluded. |
| Property Name | Name of the transacted property. |
| Property Address | Main property address, or space address if a space is used. |
| Floor / Suite # | If applicable. |
| City | City from the property address. |
| State | State from the property address. |
| Property Type | Main property type only. Space type is not shown here. |
| Space Type | Customizable under Admin > Manage Data > Data Values > Space Type. |
| Rep Type | LL Rep, Tenant Rep, Buyer Rep, Seller Rep, Sale Dual Rep, or Lease Dual Rep. |
| Lease Type | Assignment, Direct-New, Direct-Renewal, or Sublease. Lease deals only. |
| SF | Square footage sold or leased. |
| Land Size (Acres) | Acreage of the property or space. |
| Buyer / Tenant Company | Buyer or Tenant company name. |
| Seller / Landlord Company | Seller or Landlord company name. |
| Buyer / Tenant Brokers | List of Buyer/Tenant Rep brokers including outside brokers. Format: First Last, First Last (Company) for outside brokers. Example: Amy Burke, John Smith (CBRE). |
| Seller / Landlord Brokers | List of Seller/Landlord Rep brokers including outside brokers, in the same format. |
