Overview
Dashboard Settings, found under Admin > System Settings > Dashboard Settings, allow Office Admins to control how key dashboard widgets calculate and display data.
House Gross Commission Widget Probability %
Four dashboard widgets display projected house gross commission filtered by a minimum probability threshold:
- House Gross Comm (>70%) — 30 Days
- House Gross Comm (>70%) — 60 Days
- House Gross Comm (>70%) — 90 Days
- Current Gross House Commission (>70%)
By default, all four widgets include deals with a probability of 70% or greater. This threshold can be changed using the House Gross Commission Widget Probability % dropdown, which offers values in increments of 5%. Once updated, the new threshold is reflected across all four widgets on the dashboard.
Calculate YTD Closed Deal Value Based On
This setting controls how the following two dashboard widgets are calculated:
- YTD Closed Sale Value
- YTD Closed Lease Value
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Paid Invoices (default) | Widgets reflect the sum of transaction values for deals where at least one receivable has been paid within the current fiscal year. |
| Closed Deals | Widgets reflect the sum of transaction values for all deals closed YTD, regardless of whether any payments have been received. |
Display Broker Ranking Widget for Brokers
A toggle that controls whether the Broker Ranking widget is visible to users with the Broker role on their dashboard. When OFF, brokers do not see this widget.
