Property Grid Overview - Broker

00:04: Hello and welcome to your Delia's properties tab overview, video for brokers.

00:10: When you log into the system and click on the properties tab, you'll want to migrate to the subtab

00:14: for properties, where you'll find a list of all of your properties whether currently

00:18: available or off-market, To

00:22: further filter through your properties, you can use the search here or keyword search where

00:27: you can search the street address the property or the daily Sid.

00:31: By property type where you can multi-select from property types.

00:35: By submarket where, if they've been included in your instance, you can multi-select.

00:40: You'll have the opportunity to export your properties and to excel.

00:44: And you can even resource any of the property information based on the headers here in

00:49: the grid View. If there's anything in the header grew that, you don't

00:53: want to see your be to be displayed, you can click customize View and hide that

00:57: information from your grid. Once that's been completed.

01:01: If you want to open up a property record, you could simply click on the property, anywhere

01:05: within the row and it opens up the record. From here,

01:09: the property profile contains an overview and info tab.

01:14: Details spaces, listings and deals.

01:18: You can simply take this property and create a new deal and add a new listing, right?

01:22: With a shortcuts in the top right-hand corner.

01:27: Outside of being able to view your existing properties.

01:29: You do have an opportunity to click, add new to, create a new property record.

01:35: Please note that not all instances allow Brokers to edit properties

01:39: once they've been created. If that's the case, when you click on a property, you'll

01:43: no longer have the option to go through and make changes to the data, however,

01:47: you will have an opportunity to view it.

01:50: Again, this is a setting that may have been applied by your administrative
