Property Grid Overview

00:02: Hello and welcome to your dahlias property overview video.

00:06: If you are either an office admin or managing broker in

00:10: this video is for you. The properties tab contains the following filters

00:14: to view your property records. The first of which is a filter for keyword, you

00:19: can use this filter to search for anything from the street address property

00:24: name, or even the delias ID.

00:27: The next filter option is related to your property status, by default, your viewing,

00:32: all statuses, but those include available and off Market, you

00:36: can choose either of those individually or again, all statuses.

00:41: Along with status of your property, you can also filter by the property type, you

00:45: can choose one multiple or all property, types within the view.

00:50: And lastly, you have sub-markets. So if you need to add submarkets to your system, that

00:54: is a feature. You have the access to do.

00:56: But to keep in mind, if you don't have any sub markets available here you won't see

01:01: anything within that filter option. Along

01:05: with having the option to filter, you have the option to customize your view.

01:09: Now that customized view is based on the headers you see in the grid here.

01:13: So if you want to Resource the database on any of the headers, you can easily

01:17: do so. Along with the customer's feature, if you do, click

01:21: on that you'll see that these are the available data points or Columns of data that

01:25: will be shown in your grid view. So if you'd like to hide any, you can simply

01:29: check the box to hide it from The View, and then to add it back in,

01:33: you can just check the box again. And lastly, you'll have the option

01:37: to either export the filtered results or even just your default all properties
