Overview
The Deal Activity Report reflects sale or lease transactions within the selected date range. Dates are based on:
- Close Date — when Deal Status is set to Closed.
- Estimated Close Date — when Deal Status is set to Active or Pending Close.
Admin Assistants can access this report if the Reports toggle is enabled for their user account under Admin > Users & Roles > Edit User. Once enabled, individual reports can be selected from a dropdown. Deals the current user does not have access to are excluded from the report.
Filters

Sale Format — Columns

| Property Address | Main property address if no space is linked; space address (including Unit/Suite # if present) if a space is linked. |
| City | Property city. |
| State | Property state. |
| Zip | Property zip code. |
| Property Name | Name of the property. |
| Property Type | Main property type (not space type). |
| SF Sold | Square footage sold. |
| Number of Units | Pulled from Property Profile > Info tab. |
| Land Size (Acres) | Property acreage. |
| Close Date | Deal close date. |
| Investment Sale | Yes or No. |
| Owner-Occupied | Yes or No. |
| Actual Cap Rate | Percentage value. |
| Buyer Rep Brokers | List of buyer rep brokers including outside brokers. Format: First Last, First Last (Company) for outside brokers. Example: Amy Burke, John Smith (CBRE). |
| Buyer Company | Company name of the buyer. |
| Seller Rep Brokers | List of seller rep brokers including outside brokers, in the same format as above. |
| Seller Company | Company name of the seller. |
Lease Format — Columns

| SF Leased | Square footage leased. |
| Close Date | Lease Execution Date or Deal Close Date. |
| Tenant Company | Company name of the tenant. |
| Tenant Rep Brokers | List of tenant rep brokers including outside brokers. Format: First Last, First Last (Company) for outside brokers. Example: Amy Burke, John Smith (CBRE). |
| Landlord Company | Company name of the landlord. |
| Landlord Rep Brokers | List of landlord rep brokers including outside brokers, in the same format as above. |
| Additional Lease Type | Customizable under Admin > Manage Data > Data Values > Additional Lease Type. |
