Listing Profile Overview - Broker

00:03: Hello and welcome to your daily listing.

00:06: Profile overview video. If you are a broker, then this video is

00:10: for you. But then your properties tab.

00:13: Once you've clicked on a listing, you'll see the profile that includes the overview information

00:17: that shows, whether you're listing is for lease or for sale, that

00:21: includes a sidebar, that shows the current status of your listing can also

00:26: show you where you can mark it off Market or terminated if needed.

00:30: You'll find your execution versus expiration and the progress summary.

00:35: Your property information. Once it's been linked or added, The

00:40: property details. Tied to your property. Your

00:44: landlord or seller information based on the company and any contacts you have tied

00:48: to the company. Any separate spaces within

00:52: the property that are for available. And

00:56: any Brokers that are tied to this listing, or involved in the partnership, If

01:00: you'd like to take this listing and turn it into a deal, there is a shortcut in the top

01:05: right hand corner to take the information and turn it into a deal.

01:08: However, you also have a document tab that includes any number of files

01:12: that you can drag and drop into the cutout area or select a

01:17: file from your computer. However, always make sure you hit the blue upload button

01:21: in order for your files to stay in the system.

01:25: The notes tab is also an option so you can go in and quickly, type a note in

01:29: that may be Important for everybody involved in the listing or you

01:33: could even receive an important email that has Some correspondence

01:37: to be tracked, either way, when you click publish, everybody involved in the listing,

01:42: internally is email notified. And then you have that historical record track here.

01:47: You have a task tab that allows you to track any calls emails meetings or general

01:51: to dose. That you're planning that are in progress or that are completed tied

01:55: to the listing. And lastly, if you have any deals, currently tied to

01:59: this listing, you'll find them along with their current status and information and

02:03: you can click to view them. That covers the listing profile.
