Overview
The Lease Renewals Report lists deals sorted by lease expiration date, providing visibility into upcoming renewals. Admin Assistants can access this report if the Reports toggle is enabled under Admin > Users & Roles > Edit User. Deals the current user does not have access to are excluded.
Filters
| Filter | Description |

| Start / End Lease Expiration Date | Filters by lease expiration date range. |
| Broker | Searches internal brokers only. Filters to deals where selected brokers are participants. |
| Office | Filter by office. |
| Include Internal Comps | When enabled, includes manually created internal comps (those not linked to a deal in Dealius). External comps are never included. When disabled, manually entered comps are excluded. |
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Deal or Comp ID. Deals are labeled with (D) and comps with (C) — e.g., 1231 (D) or 334 (C). |
| Commencement | Lease commencement date. For comps, pulled from Transaction Information > Lease Commencement. |
| Expiration | Lease expiration date. For comps, pulled from Transaction Information > Term Date. |
| Term | Lease term in months. For comps, pulled from Transaction Information > Term. |
| Landlord | Landlord company name. |
| Tenant | Tenant company name. |
| Rep Type | Representation type for deals. Displays N/A for comps. |
| Property Address | Property or space address, including Unit/Suite # if applicable. |
| SF Leased | Space Available SF from the property or space. |
| Transaction Total | Total transaction value for deals. Empty for comps. |
| Brokers | Broker names from the Brokers section of the deal or comp. |
When comps are included, they appear in the same list as deals, sorted together by expiration date.
