Overview
The Lease Options Report provides visibility into active lease deals where options have been recorded. Admin Assistants can access this report if the Reports toggle is enabled under Admin > Users & Roles > Edit User. Once enabled, individual reports can be selected from a dropdown. Deals the current user does not have access to are excluded.

Report Columns

| ID | Unique deal identifier. |
| Purchase | Purchase option date, if recorded. |
| Renewal | Renewal option date, if recorded. |
| Expansion | Expansion option date, if recorded. |
| Termination | Termination option date, if recorded. |
| Rep Type | Representation type for the deal. |
| Landlord | Landlord company name and contact details. |
| Tenant | Tenant company name and contact details. |
| Property Address | Address of the deal property. |
| SF Leased | Square footage of the leased space. |
| Brokers | Broker names associated with the deal, with lead broker indicated. |
