Overview
This section allows Admins to rename invoice grid column headings, control which columns appear on printed invoice PDFs, and configure how commission and rent schedule data is displayed.
Column Headings
Custom labels can be entered for each invoice column heading. Maximum 50 characters per field. Labels for Internal/Outside Commission columns will automatically switch between Tenant/Landlord terminology depending on the deal's rep type.
Display & Format Settings

Commission Display Settings
Include Outside Fee in Total Commission on Invoice When ON, if House Paid is enabled, the Outside Fee and Commission columns are combined with the Internal Fee and Commission columns, showing a single total on the invoice PDF. When OFF, the columns are printed separately. This setting affects the invoice PDF only.
Show Tenant & Landlord Rep Fees Separately Controls how rep fees are displayed in the rent schedule on printed invoices.
- Disabled (default) — A single Rep Fee column is shown with combined percentages for tenant and landlord.
- Enabled — Tenant Rep and Landlord Rep fees appear in separate columns on the invoice, provided the deal meets one of the following conditions:
- It is a Dual Rep deal, or
- There is a house-paid broker representing the opposite side.
Rent Schedule Columns
Individual columns in the rent schedule on the invoice PDF can be shown or hidden independently, and custom labels can be applied to each.
