Getting Started with CRM Pro

Everything you need to know to activate CRM Pro and find your way around the updated Dealius menu.

Access & Permissions

CRM Pro is an add-on feature in Dealius. Before you can use it, your office administrator needs to enable it for your account. Once enabled, you'll see additional menu items and features throughout Dealius.

To confirm CRM Pro is active on your account, check that the following appear in your main menu:

  • CRM Dashboard tab (under Dashboard)
  • People — with the updated CRM Pro layout
  • Tasks — as a standalone menu item
  • Kanban View — under Deals > Pipeline

If any of these are missing, contact your office administrator to enable CRM Pro for your user account.


What's New in Your Menu

Once CRM Pro is active, your main menu includes:

Dashboard — Two tabs are available: the CRM Dashboard (CRM Pro) and the Transaction Dashboard (standard).

People — A redesigned contacts area with advanced search, tile and grid views, bulk tagging, and full contact profiles.

Deals — Your existing pipeline now includes a Kanban View for visualizing opportunities by stage.

Tasks — A dedicated Tasks section with tabs for All, Call, Email, Meeting, and To Do.

Dealia — AI assistant built into Dealius.
