Edit Listing Overview
00:03: Hello and welcome to your daily as edit listing overview video in
00:07: today's video. I'll walk you through how to make an edit to any of your existing listing records.
00:12: Start by navigating to your properties Tab and then ensure that you're sitting on the listing tablet
00:17: itself, From here, you can either search for an existing listing
00:21: record or look through the list. Once you find the listing that needs
00:25: to be edited, you can simply click anywhere within that row to make a change.
00:30: Once that listing has opened up, you'll see that it's going to contain a lot of different
00:35: information. You can simply navigate to any different Tab and
00:39: change the information as needed. All the way from the lithium
00:43: information to the property information. All the, if you're going to edit
00:47: the property, it is something that you'll have to do by clicking.
00:49: The edit property link here. Your
00:54: seller information can be edited and added to it anytime here along
00:58: with a contact. So if you have an additional contact, you can simply add a contact to the listing.
01:03: Your space can be addressed and you can even add additional spaces from your listing
01:08: record, that would also update your property.
01:10: Record that is currently linked to the listing.
01:14: And under partnership on the listing level, we just want to know which Brokers are representing
01:18: the listing agreement and how they plan to partner on the transaction.
01:24: Within the documents tab, you can manage attachments by uploading anything, from
01:28: a floor plan to a brochure, simply drag and drop into the cutout area
01:33: or select a file from your computer. But always remember to hit the blue upload
01:37: button in order for that upload to complete.
01:41: The notes tab will allow you to go in and manually type in a note or a status update
01:45: that you want to share within this listing.
01:48: That will automatically email notify. Any other participants of the listing along with
01:52: all the managers and admins. Of the system.
01:57: You can also copy and paste text from an email into the section to keep everybody up to
02:01: date, to edit a task with an a listing.
02:04: You're just simply going to go in and either click on the edit icon here or even
02:08: add a new one. You can also drag and drop a task into a different status.
02:13: And lastly, the deals tab does not have any editing features, but it does show
02:17: you any deals or currently linked to the listing that you're viewing.
02:23: This right hand panel, does allow you to take your listing and Mark it as terminated or
02:27: off the market at any given time and those are the different changes that you
02:31: can easily make in any of your listing records.
02:33: You will see that one change that can't be made is the type of listing.
02:37: So once you create a sale listing, it can't be changed to a lease listing, but of course,
02:41: you can have two different records. If you have any questions about editing
