Overview
The Industrial Detailed Report is a lease comps report designed for industrial properties, though it can be generated for any lease comp. To generate it, select Industrial from the report type options and fill in the remaining details. 
The report structure mirrors the standard Detailed Comp report with adjustments to accommodate additional data points. It includes a cover page, a map page, and content pages displaying up to 2 comps per page. If a single comp contains too much data in one section, it will occupy the full page.
Note: The fields in this report are always industrial-specific, regardless of the property type linked to the property or space. It is recommended to use this report for industrial comps only.
