Deals Overview
00:04: Hello, and welcome to your daily ass deals tab.
00:07: Overview video. If you are either an office admin or managing
00:11: broker, then this video is for you. When you first click on the deals
00:15: tab, you'll see your pipeline View and a sidebar that shows you your company's year-to-date
00:20: production which breaks down the number of deals, you've closed the commission that's
00:24: been earned and your annual goal for the company or firm.
00:28: You'll also find the current view total, which is based on your current filters that are applied.
00:32: And by default, when you're looking at the deals tab, you will view all active
00:36: deals, expected to close this fiscal year.
00:41: If you manipulate those filters, the current view total will update as well.
00:44: So these value are going to update if we change any of the following.
00:48: The keyword search which means I can search by deal name.
00:53: Street address client or ID.
00:57: Status meaning, I can view all deals, regardless of their status, active
01:01: deals, that we're currently working on our pipeline closed deals, which
01:05: are the deals we've already closed or executed, And Deals, which
01:09: are the deals we're currently, in the process of closing or dead deals, which are the
01:13: deals. We put some effort in, but they didn't go as planned.
01:18: Along with being able to filter by status, you can filter by individual Brokers
01:22: groups of Brokers or all brokers in your firm.
01:26: Again, by default, you will view deals that are expected to close this fiscal year or
01:31: you can plug in your own start and end dates for deals that are closing within
01:35: any given period of time. You can always
01:39: choose to export your results into Excel or even any of your deals.
01:44: You can filter by office or subset if you have any different locations.
01:49: And you can also slide this bar over for probability to view deals, that have at least
01:53: a minimum probability of any number you define.
01:58: You'll see as you update these filters, those sidebar values are updating and
02:02: the last filter option you'll see is a, of course, tied to the dates.
02:05: So, again, we can choose our own custom certain and date, or we can go in
02:09: and choose all deals for all-time regardless of their closed date.
02:14: Deals that are closing over the next 30 days, 60 days, 90 days,
02:18: or this fiscal year. Anytime you set filters up,
02:22: you can choose to quickly default back to the reset option, which is again, active
02:26: deals, closing this fiscal year. If you have any questions, please
02:30: feel free to contact your support team.
