Sale Deal — Transaction Information
A reference guide to the transaction information fields available on a Sale Deal profile.
Overview
The Transaction Information section on a Sale Deal profile contains fields for tracking key deal details, billing, financial metrics, and deal classification.

Field Definitions
Space Type For mixed-use properties, use this dropdown to specify the individual space type associated with the deal.
Asking Price A dollar amount field pre-populated from Seller Requirements. Can be manually updated at any time.
Transaction Condition A dropdown with 4 options for describing the condition of the transaction.
Bill To Selects which party should be billed. See the Bill To & Billing Information article for full details.
Actual NOI A dollar amount field for tracking the actual net operating income for the transaction.
Actual Cap Rate A percentage value entered manually by the user.
Deal Source Tracks where the deal originated from.
House Referral Enable this toggle if your company referred the deal to you internally, eliminating the need to source it yourself.
Off-Market Sale A toggle indicating the deal was not publicly listed. Disabled by default.
Portfolio Informational toggle only. Can be set to Yes or No.
Investment Sale A toggle used to identify investment sale transactions. Disabled by default.
Owner-Occupied Informational toggle only. Can be set to Yes or No.
Notes A free text field for additional comments about the deal.
Abstract Notes Notes entered here are displayed on the Deal Abstract page and its full print view.
Print Notes on Invoice When enabled, the transaction notes are printed on the invoice PDF.
Deal Assigned to Office For companies with multiple offices, use this dropdown to associate the deal with a specific office.
Dual Rep Enable this toggle if your company is representing both sides of the deal in-house. When active, all details can be entered in a single deal file — billing accounts for both sides, documents can be separated per side, and commissions are split between both sides.
