Overview
The Options section on a Lease Deal profile allows multiple options to be recorded per deal. All options are exported as individual lines in the Reports > Lease Options report, with notes appearing on a separate line.
Option Fields
Each option contains the following fields:
- Option Type — Select one of the following:
- Renewal
- Purchase
- Expansion
- Termination
- Option Date — The date the option is exercisable.
- Notice Date — The deadline by which notice must be given to exercise the option.
- $ Amount — The dollar amount associated with the option.
- Term — The duration of the option period.
- Notes — Free text field for any additional details.
