Dashboard Overview
00:04: Hello and welcome to your daily list dashboard.
00:06: Overview for brokers. As you can see, once you've signed into
00:10: daily list, you'll have access to your dashboard, which shows you the following bits
00:14: of information The first widgets are showing micros commission that's
00:18: expected to close for the next 30, 60, and 90 days.
00:23: Keep in mind, any deal in your active pipeline, is a part of this projection
00:27: only. If it has at least a 70% probability of closing, The
00:33: next figures you'll find are the year to date house, gross commission that's been received or collected
00:37: related to any of your closed transactions for the year.
00:41: Of that that's been collected. How much of that goes towards your broker net? So
00:45: how much of the commission that's received assures? And then of
00:50: that that's been collected, how much you've actually been paid year to date.
00:54: Any actively space and sales space being represented by you will
00:58: be displayed here. The total number of active deals that you're working on.
01:02: Whether it's individually or with another broker will be displayed here.
01:07: Any open receivables, tied to any closed deals that you have whether from this year
01:11: or prior will be listed here. Expiring listings
01:16: and lease renewals that are coming up within the next 30 days will be displayed on your dashboard
01:20: as a reminder Deals pending approval or any
01:24: deals that you're a part of where there's an approval process or pending approval in
01:28: play. Contract deadlines.
01:31: Pending are your important dates for your sales and leases.
01:36: And then your active listings is the total count of active listings that you're working at any
01:40: given time. You can actually click on any of these widgets to get a little
01:44: bit more information and some of them if you hover over even have tool tips,
01:50: You'll also find quick access to your top 10 active deals.
01:53: So, while you may have over 100 deals in your pipeline, you can easily just
01:57: click on any column within the grid view, to view the information and resource
02:01: the database on the top 10. If you'd like to view even further, you
02:05: can even go through and click on the deal itself to open up the deal profile.
02:11: To the right, you'll have a quick look into your latest task.
02:13: So, anything that's due today and anything overdue, you can quickly see what your
02:17: day looks like from here. And then you'll have a notification panel.
02:21: So if there's anything like sending an invoice, the listing, expiration, a
02:25: renewal, or anything else, that's critical that you need to be made aware of.
02:28: Not only will you receive an email notification, but you can view them
02:32: right inside of your daily use instance.
02:35: If we scroll up with your dashboard, you have the option to click edit, which allows you
02:39: to drag and drop your widgets into any different order.
02:42: You choose just click save changes after or you can even customize
02:46: your view and hide certain widgets. So, if you only work with leases, you can hide any
