Dashboard Widgets
Tasks
The Tasks widget has two tabs:
Upcoming Tasks — shows all tasks with a due date within the next 7 days. The number of upcoming tasks is displayed next to the tab label.
The linked record shown below each task follows this priority order:
- Linked to Contacts
- Linked to Deal
- Linked to Listing
- Linked to Property
Action icons on each task let you:
- Mark as Complete
- Mark as In Progress
- Edit — opens the full task pop-up
Overdue Tasks — shows all tasks past their due date. When you open the CRM Dashboard and have overdue tasks, this tab opens automatically. If there are no overdue tasks, the tab is disabled and shows a count of 0.
Recent Opportunities
Displays up to 5 of your most recent opportunities. The counter next to the widget label shows your total opportunity count. Click the icon to go to the full Deals page.

This widget surfaces upcoming deadlines across your active deals so nothing slips through the cracks.

| Date | Threshold |
|---|---|
| Listing Expiration Date | Upcoming |
Each row displays: Listing Name, Listing Address, and Listing Expiration Date.
Active Deals
Displays your currently active deals where you are listed as a broker. This follows the same format as the standard Dealius Transaction Dashboard.
Suggestions
The Suggestions widget proactively surfaces contacts and listings that may need your attention. If there are no suggestions to show, the widget is hidden automatically.
You can interact with each suggestion card using:
- 👍 Thumbs up — keep the suggestion visible and note it as relevant
- 👎 Thumbs down — hide this type of suggestion permanently as irrelevant
- ✕ — dismiss this individual card
- Arrow — cycle through multiple suggestion cards
Prospects Not Reached
This suggestion surfaces contacts with a Prospect type that have had no interaction (tasks, requirements, opportunities, or deals created or updated) within the configured follow-up trigger period.
A contact appears in the widget for the user who created it, based on the following rules:
- Brokers — see contacts where they are listed as the Originated By broker.
- Office Admins, Managers, and Admin Assistants (with CRM Pro enabled) — see contacts they created that do not have an Originated By broker assigned. If the contact has an Originated By broker set, it appears in that broker's widget, not the creator's.
Once a user interacts with a contact (adds a task, a requirement, links it to a listing, etc.), the contact is removed from the widget.
Each card includes two action buttons:
- Add Task — opens the Create Task pop-up with the contact pre-filled.
- Add Requirement — opens the Add Requirement pop-up for that contact.
Listing Match
This suggestion appears when an active listing matches the requirements you've recorded for one of your contacts. You'll see this suggestion only for contacts where you are listed as the Originated By broker.
The system checks your contacts' requirements against active listings using the following criteria:
For Tenants:
| Requirement Field | Matched Against | Match Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Property Type | Listing Property Type | Exact match required |
| Prospect Type | Lease Listing | Exact match required |
| Price Range | Asking Rate per SF | Up to 10% difference allowed |
| SF Range | Listing SF | Up to 10% difference allowed |
| Submarket | Listing Submarket | Optional |
| Industry | Listing Industry | Optional |
For Buyers:
| Requirement Field | Matched Against | Match Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Property Type | Listing Property Type | Exact match required |
| Prospect Type | Sale Listing | Exact match required |
| Size | Listing Size | Up to 10% difference allowed |
| Price Range | Asking Price | Up to 10% difference allowed |
| Submarket | Listing Submarket | Optional |
Suggestions with the most fields matched are shown first.
When a match is found, the card displays two action buttons:
- Add Task — opens the Create Task pop-up with the listing pre-filled
- Add Opportunity — opens the Add Opportunity pop-up with the Contact Name, Prospect Type, and Listing pre-filled
When you act on a suggestion by adding a task or opportunity, the card is automatically removed from the carousel.
CRM Pro Dashboard Settings (User Level)
Individual users can configure their contact suggestion preferences under User Settings > CRM Pro Dashboard Settings:

| Enabled | Toggle to turn contact suggestions on or off for your dashboard. When disabled, no new suggestions are generated and any existing suggestion cards are removed. |
| Follow-up Trigger (Days) | The number of days without any interaction before a contact appears in your dashboard suggestions. Defaults to 30 days. |
