Adding a Buyer Rep Deal

Getting Started

Click the Deals tab in the main navigation.
Click the green Add Deal button and select Buyer Rep.
Fill in the required fields and click Save.

Once saved, you are automatically redirected to the full Deal Profile to continue adding details.

Deal Name

Required. If left blank, the field is automatically populated with the Buyer Company Name once that field is entered.

Buyer Information

Company Name — Required. Search for an existing client or create a new one. Editing an existing company name updates the original record. Click X to clear the field.

Buyer Requirements

Field	Description
Property Type	Dropdown. Manageable under Admin > Manage Data. If Land is selected, Space Required (SF) is replaced with Space Required (AC).
Space Required (SF)	Numeric integer field.
Budget	Dollar amount with 2 decimal places.
Estimated Commission %	Buyer rep fee. Numeric, up to 8 decimal places.
Gross Commission	Read-only. Calculated as: Budget × Estimated Commission % ÷ 100.
Submarkets	Dropdown. Manageable under Admin > Manage Data.
Estimated Close Date	Required.
Investment Sale	Yes/No toggle. Used to aggregate investment sale statistics in reports.
Owner Occupied	Yes/No toggle.

Buyer Contact Details

Field	Description
First Name	Required if Last Name or Contact Type is entered.
Last Name	Required if First Name or Contact Type is entered.
Title	Text field.
Contact Type	Dropdown. Manageable under Admin > Manage Data.
Email Address	Must be a valid email format (e.g., support@dealius.com).

Broker Partnership

Internal Brokers

Field	Description
Broker Name	Search and select from existing brokers only.
Commission %	Up to 100%, with up to 7 decimal places.
Lead	Yes/No toggle to identify the lead broker.

External Brokers

Field	Description
Broker Name	Search and select from existing brokers only.
Commission %	Up to 100%, with up to 7 decimal places.
