Comp Report Settings
How to configure the design and content elements of comp reports system-wide.
Overview
Comp Report Settings are found under Admin > System Settings > Report Settings > Comp Report Settings. These settings control the visual design and content of all comp reports and apply across the entire company — they cannot be configured per office.
Click Save before leaving the page to apply any changes.

Logos
| Setting | Description |

| Logo for Cover Page | PNG or JPG. Displayed on the cover page background. Recommended size: 1670 × 480 px. Ensure the logo color contrasts with the background, which can also be removed in these settings. |
| Header Logo | PNG or JPG. Smaller version of the company logo displayed in the top-left corner of inner report pages (on a white background). Recommended size: 850 × 320 px. |
Colors
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Header & Border Color | Sets the fill color on the cover page and the border lines at the top and bottom of inner pages. |
| Section Divider Color | Sets the color of section dividers in Detailed and Brochure reports. |
| Font Color on Cover Page | Sets the text color on the cover page, including the report name, client name, and broker details. |
| Map Pin Color | Sets the color of pins on the map page inside reports. |
Images
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Default Image | JPG or PNG. Used on the cover page when no property-type-specific image applies. Recommended size: 2112 × 1016 px. |
| Land Comp Image | Cover page image used when the report is generated for Land property type comps. |
| Office Comp Image | Cover page image used when the report is generated for Office property type comps. |
| Retail Comp Image | Cover page image used when the report is generated for Retail property type comps. |
| Multi-Family Comp Image | Cover page image used when the report is generated for Multi-Family property type comps. |
| Industrial Comp Image | Cover page image used when the report is generated for Industrial property type comps. |
| Property Photo Placeholder | JPG or PNG. Used on comp pages where no property image has been uploaded. Recommended size: 760 × 500 px. |
Cover page images are selected based on the property type filtered in the search panel when the report is generated.
