Comp Report
A summary of closed deals including transaction type, property information, deal value, and terms.
Overview
The Closed Deals Summary Report provides a summary of closed deals across all transaction types. Admin Assistants can access this report if the Reports toggle is enabled under Admin > Users & Roles > Edit User. Once enabled, individual reports can be selected from a dropdown. Deals the current user does not have access to are excluded.
Filters
| Filter | Description |

| Start / End Deal Close Date | Filters by actual close date range. |
| Office | Multi-select. Filters by office name. |
| Broker | Multi-select. Filters by specific broker(s). |
| Company Name | Auto-complete field. Filters by company name. |
| Rep Type | Landlord, Buyer, Tenant, Seller, or Other. |
| Submarket | Multi-select. Filters by submarket(s). |
| Property Type | Multi-select list from Admin settings. Includes a No Property Type option to filter deals with a blank property type. |
| Actual Sale Price | From/To range filter. |
| Square Feet | From/To range filter. |

| State | Property state. |
| Zip | Property zip code. |
| Submarket | Pulled from the Property Information section. |
| SF | Property square footage. |
| AC | Property acreage. |
| Effective Rate | Deal effective rate. Lease deals only. |
| Lease Type | Additional Lease Type. Lease deals only. |
| Actual Sale Price | Purchase price. Sale deals only. |
| Actual Sale Price PSF | Price per SF from the Financial Details section. Applies to Seller Rep, Buyer Rep, and Other Rep deals. |
| Actual Close Date | Actual close date of the deal. |
| Seller / Landlord | Seller or Landlord company name and first contact. |
| Buyer / Tenant | Buyer or Tenant company name and first contact. |
| Lease Commencement Date | Commencement date from the Lease Calculator, equal to the Start Date. |
| Lease Expiration Date | Current Lease Expiration from Transaction Information. |
| Brokers | Brokers tied to the deal. |
