Overview
The Additional Transaction Information section is available exclusively on Lease Deal profiles. It captures supplemental transaction details used for reporting, deal closure requirements, and future Comps searches.
Field Definitions
Asking Rate per SF A dollar amount field with a Per Year / Per Month dropdown. This field behaves differently depending on what is linked to the deal:
- Space linked — Auto-populated from Space Information. Read-only.
- Listing linked (no space) — Auto-populated from Listing Profile > Listing Information > Asking Rent per SF. Read-only.
- Neither linked — Editable by the user. If a listing is later linked, the value is overridden from the listing. If a space is added, the value is overridden from Space Information. Space values always take highest priority.
Base Rate A dollar amount field with a dropdown for the rate type:
- SF/YR (default)
- SF/MO
- Amt/MO
- Amt/YR
Editable at any time. This field is independent of all other fields, including the rate per SF in the Lease Calculator. It can be made required for deal closure to ensure consistent data for future Comps searches.
Free Rent Read-only. Auto-populated from the Free Rent column total in the Lease Calculator. Displays as either a dollar amount or number of months.
TI Allowance Per SF / TI Type Auto-populated from the Space Information linked to the deal. Present on Lease deals only.
TI Notes Free text. Editable.
Delivery Condition Dropdown field. Empty by default, independent of the Property profile. Options:
- 1st Generation
- 2nd Generation
- Shell
- Slab
- Other
Avg Escalation Numeric field (up to 2 decimal places) with a rate type dropdown:

- $/SF per Year
