Add Tenant Rep Deal

00:04: Hello and welcome to your dailys add tenant rep.

00:06: Overview video. To add a tenant rep deal navigate to your deals

00:11: Tab and click on the green button to add a deal.

00:14: From here, select tenant rep.

00:16: Where you'll be directed to the deal short form to add a

00:20: new deal into the pipeline. You're going to have three fields that are required.

00:23: The first field is to name your deal.

00:27: Once you've applied a deal name, you can see the next field that's going to be required.

00:31: Is the company name for the tenant that you're representing.

00:35: This field can either be an existing company that you've worked with, so we can

00:39: look for our company. If we find a match, we can click on that selection.

00:43: Otherwise, we can click add new to add a new record or company.

00:48: If you do click add new, the only information that's required is simply the

00:52: name of the company and you could click save.

00:56: You'll also have tenant requirements in the only other field that's going to be required, is the estimated

01:01: close date for that deal. Keep in mind, the state can be changed

01:05: at any given time. From here.

01:08: You can save that deal and it'll be added to the pipeline.

01:10: However, you also want to keep in mind that you're going to add in your Brokers

01:14: that are participating in the deal as well. And what their potential partnership

01:19: may be. Once

01:23: this information has been set, you can click save.

01:25: You'll see a confirmation appears that your deal has been created and you'll be directed

01:30: to that deals deal profile. If you have any questions about adding
