Add Property Overview

00:05: Hello and welcome to your daily as properties tab overview video, if you are

00:09: an assistant in this video is for you. When you click on the properties tab, you'll

00:13: see two sub tabs, where one of those is the properties.

00:17: Any of the Brokers that you assist in their assigned properties, that are already in the database will

00:21: be found here. And you can quickly sort those by searching using the keyword

00:25: feature. By looking at the status of the property that will either be available

00:30: or off-market You'll have the opportunity to filter by

00:34: property type which is relevant to the fields that have been added by your administrative

00:38: team or the options. There's a submarket field.

00:41: So if you guys have submarkets included, you can also filter by sub Market.

00:45: You can easily export all properties to excel based

00:49: on your filters. You can customize the grid View and hide certain columns

00:53: if you'd like to condense that down. And then, of course, if we wanted

00:57: to look at an existing property record, we would just simply click anywhere on a road

01:01: to open that profile up. From

01:05: here, you could edit the property, add a dealer at a listing, otherwise, if you go

01:09: back outside of the property profile, you'll also have the opportunity to

01:13: click add new, and create a new property record.
